Support Policy: All customers who have purchased the system will receive 1-year limited product support:

- Provide email and phone support.

- Response within one working day.

- Provide guidance to assist customers with their needs in working with the system.

- Issue investigations. It requires a description of the behavior (if possible) provided by the customer.

- Support Hours: Monday thru Friday, 09:00-17:00, excluding standard holidays.
